  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until set but not browned.
  7. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes, then roll in powdered sugar.
  8. Once completely cool, roll in powdered sugar again for a snowy finish.
